Advocating the Rights of Children (ARC) held an event to celebrate its partnership with Corporate Ambassadors at Kurumba Maldives, today.
At the event, Awards of Appreciation were presented to ARC’s Corporate Ambassadors of 2014, as follows;
BestBuy Maldives (Patron of Children’s Rights)
Event Maldives & Ms Moomina Haleem (Advocate of Children’s Rights)
Hon. Mohamed Waheed Deen, Happy Market, Mookai Hotel and United Food Suppliers (Supporter of Children’s Rights)
During the event, ARC also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with three companies; namely with Event Maldives as a Patron of Children’s Rights in Maldives and with M7 Print and Ink Investments, as Supporters of Children’s Rights, respectively.
Launched in 2013, the Corporate Ambassadorship Program has been an ongoing initiative by ARC, inviting businesses to work together to improve quality of life of children in the Maldives and to strengthen the child protection system in Maldives, through donations and services.
Earlier this year, MoUs have been signed with 3 Corporate Ambassadors, Dhiaagu and MediaNet as Advocates of Children’s Rights and Lintel Investments and Management Services as a Supporter of Children’s Rights.
ARC is immensely thankful for all it’s Corporate Ambassadors who have shown an interest and commitment to improve the well-being of children in the Maldives, and to Kurumba Maldives for their generous support in facilitating and hosting the Event.
