ARCs Annual Roadha Veellun for Kudakudhinge Hiya has once again been a highlight for the children of Kudakudhinge Hiya and Amaan Hiya this Ramazan. A total of 61 children and 30 staff attended this year’s event held this evening at Olive Garden Restaurant.
ARC joins the children in sending out sincere appreciation to the management and staff of Olive Garden Restaurant, for their generosity in hosting this year’s Annual Roadha Veellun. ARC also wishes to thank the Maldives National Defense Force for providing transportation for the children and accompanying staff members for the event.
ARC notes with gratitude that this is the third consecutive year in which Olive Garden has sponsored and hosted the annual Roadha Veellun for the children, who greatly enjoyed the fun evening out in Male’.
ARC organizes a variety of educational and recreational programmes for children in shelters, as well as capacity building trainings for the child care workers. ARC looks forward to continue working closely with the community in helping make a difference in the lives of children in need.
